This is the Story of how my Family came to be:

Let me tell you a little about me. I arrived back in Litchfield Il in the summer of 1987. I then finished High School at at Litchfield High were I graduated in 1988. That summer was the best summer that I have ever had. There was no more school and that was the summer that I met my wife(formerly Chris Morgan). After dating for a while we decided to get married. The wedding took place on April 9, 1994 at the Holy Family Church in Litchfield.

Moving forward in time to July 26, 1995, we had our first child. We named him Tyler. He was born at St. John Hospital in Springfield Il, weighing in at 5 lbs. 14 oz. Tyler, being our first had as mush to learn about being a child as we did about being parents.

Jumping to September 14, 1998. One day I was working at Wam Computers when my wife comes in to the store after a doctors visit. She was crying. All I could think of was, Oh boy what happened now. She hands me this little black and white picture and asks me "What do you see?". I looked at her stunned not knowing what to say. She points at the Sonogram and says to me "Whats that?". She was pointing to 2 little round objects. This time I looked at her with a dumber look than the last time. "We are having Twins" were the next words to come out of her mouth. I almost fell over! On January 10, 1999 our girls were born. We named them Jordan Louise Brandt and Alexis Jeane Brandt. They both weighed in at 4 lbs. 11 oz. apiece. They were also born at St. John's Hospital. The girls were 5 1/2 weeks premature so they got the privelage of a nice stay in the hospital. Jordan had to stay for 9 days and Alexis had to stay for 11 days. They came home and they are doing fine.

Shortly after that, we found out that we were going to be blessed with another child. This was a pleasant surprise to the both of us. On March 31, 2000 Katherine Lyn Brandt came into this world. Katie is our fourth child. Weighing in at a whopping 7 lbs. 3oz. she is the heavy weight of all the births. Comparing her to the twins she was already a 3 month old.

I think that if it were not for all of the family that has helped from the get go, I don't believe that we would not have made it.

That is how my family started!!!!!
